Sometimes I can’t fall asleep and so many past thoughts, chats, worries, and fears enter my mind..

Then I stop myself.
I imagine a bare white wall with two letters on it.

O.K.

I close my eyes a d slowly repeat OK to myself in my head….

And before I know it, it is morning.

I have trained myself to fall asleep this way.
It is comforting.
